Easy Air Fryer Bagels

These air fryer bagels are super easy, delicious, and quick to make. Perfect for a quick but tasty Breakfast & Lunch.




Ingredients – Makes 4

  • 220g Self Raising Flour

  • 175g Fat Free Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Tsp Baking powder

  • ½ Tsp Salt

  • 5g Butter (Melted – For Brushing)




Method

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the Flour, Baking Powder, Salt & Yogurt and combine with a wooden spoon.

  • Once well combined use your hands to create a ball of dough.




  • Separate the dough into 4 even sized pieces and roll out into a ‘Hot Dog’ shape approximately 24cm in length.




  • Make into circles, place on baking paper and brush with the melted butter. (They don't have to be perfect)



  • Air Fry at 180°c for 8 minutes.

  • Turn over, brush with melted butter and Air Fry at 180° for another 6 minutes.

  • Remove from the Air Fryer and allow to cool on a cooling rack.

  • Enjoy with your favourite Bagel toppings.
