GB Breakfast Muffin

Start your day right with this Delicious Sausage, Bacon & Egg Breakfast Muffin, quick and easy to make this will remind you f your favourite fast food Muffin but with less calories.


Recipe per Muffin - Approx. 400 Kcal per Muffin




Ingredients

  • 2 Pork Sausages

  • 2 Bacon Medallions

  • 1 Medium Egg

  • 1 English Toasting Muffin (Sliced) (or Sliced Bagel )

  • 1 Cheese Slice (Optional)





Method


  1. Pre-Heat your Grill Medium-High Heat

  2. Remove the Skin from the Sausages and roll in ball before pressing into a Pattie shape.

  3. Place on a Tray and Grill your Patties for 6-7 Minutes.

  4. Remove the Tray and turn the Patties

  5. Add the Bacon Medallions to the Tray and Grill for another 6-7 Minutes

  6. Whilst the Sausage and Bacon are cooking together, heat a small pan over Medium-High Heat

  7. Reduce the heat to medium and Crack your egg into a the Small Egg pan or use and Egg ring, burst the Yolk and cook for 3-4 minutes then flip.

  8. Optional - Add the cheese slice to the top of the Egg and leave to cook for a further 2 minutes

  9. Whilst the Cheese is melting on the Egg, Toast your Muffin/Bagel for 1 Minutes.

  10. Stack your Pattie as Below (Muffin/Bagel Bottom, Sausage, Bacon, Egg, Cheese, Muffin/Bagel Top), add your favourite sauce and Enjoy!
