This super easy sweet chili salmon is sweet, fragrant and punchy, with a hint of Soy it is delicious served with Rice or Noodles and some Stir Fry Vegetables.
Serves 4 - Approx. 360 KCal per Portion
Ingredients (Serves 4 – Approx 360 Kcal per Portion)
4 x Salmon Fillets (Skin On)
½ Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Clove Garlic (Grated)
¼ Tsp Chilli Flakes
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Black pepper
Method
Preheat the Oven to 200°c (390°f)
In a Bowl, Mix together the Sweet Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Pinch of Salt, Pinch of Black pepper & Chili Flakes.
Place the Salmon Skin side down on a Baking Tray, and gently pour the Sweet Chili Mixture over the top, making sure each fillet gets an Even coating.
Cook uncovered on the Middle shelf of the oven for 18 - 20 Mins.
Serve with Rice & Vegetables or Salad and Enjoy.
Tip: This salmon goes great with my Sticky Lemon Rice.
