Big juicy sides of salmon, marinated and cooked in a delicious sweet Honey & Chilli sauce, perfect with Lime & Coriander Couscous or on a bed of Lemon Rice
Serves 4 - 254 KCal Per Portion
Ingredients (Serves 4 – 254 Kcal per Portion)
500g Boneless Side Salmon (or 4 Salmon Fillets)
4 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic (Grated)
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Dried Parsley
½ Tsp Chilli Flakes (Optional)
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Black pepper
4 x Slices of Lemon
Method
Preheat the Oven to 190c.
In a Bowl, Mix together the Honey, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Paprika, Parsley, Chilli Flakes, Salt & Pepper.
Slice the Salmon into 4 pieces (or use 4 Salmon Fillets) and place on a Baking Tray, and gently pour the Honey Mixture, making sure it gets an Even coating.
Place 1 slice of Lemon on each fillet and Cook on the Middle shelf of the oven for 20-25 Mins until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve and Enjoy. (I serve mine with Lime & Coriander Couscous and Tenderstem Broccoli)
